Documents Required for Formation

• “PAN” Card.
• ID proof any one (Voter ID / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Passport) of proposed director.
• Address Proof any one (Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Mobile Bill / Bank Statement)
• In addition, the landlord of the registered office premises must provide a No Objection Certificate for having the registered office in his/her premises and must submit his/her identity proof and address proof.
• DSC Application (Digital Signature) application required to make for 2 directors in the Company.
• DIN Application.
• “PAN” & “TAN” Application – After company incorporation we will be applying “PAN” and “TAN” (if required) for your company.

Note –

A Limited Liability Partnership normally takes 25 – 30 days to set-up, depending on your proper documents, work pressure at MCA and much else.
