Documents Required for Formation

• “PAN” Card of Proposed Directors.
• Recent Passport Photocopy of all Directors. (3 copy’s)
• ID proof Any one. (Voter ID / Aadhar Card / Driving License / Passport) of proposed director
• Address Proof Any one. (Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Mobile Bill / Bank Statement)
• The landlord of the registered office premises must provide a No Objection Certificate for having the registered office in his/her premises and must submit his/her identity proof and address proof.
• DIN Application.
• “PAN” & “TAN” Application – After company incorporation, we will be applying “PAN” and “TAN” (if required) for your company.
• DSC Application (Digital Signature) application required to make for 2 directors in the Company. The same is necessary for filling of document.
